Blogust 2026: What You Need To Know!

Happy Blogust, everyone! As you may or may not know, Storyteller Planet recently survived an Anti-Master Summer Takeover. This ended with the Masters and Anti-Masters in agreement on how to deliver content to Earthlings for the foreseeable future. However, this also means some changes on-planet (but what else is new around here).

Despite the construction dust lingering in the air, I couldn't sit back and let Blogust go unnoticed. Tibs wants to bring our newsletter to become a video or something, but sometimes the quickest way to get word to the people is with the written word.

This Blogust, we kicked off the month with ZephyrPhest in Vineland, NJ. Master Crystal claims it was art, music, and good vibes all around. If you missed out on our scavenger hunt, you can always look in the weekly freebies and collect the digital goodie bag.

Towards the end of the month, we will be at AnimeNYC on Friday, August 21st to discuss The Essentials of Character Design. If you happened to catch the last conversation on this topic at Anime Fest in June, don't fret. Master Crystal never tells the same story twice, and that goes double for her workshops.

Amid the remodeling on-planet, we will be tackling a task I've been bugging The Social Squad about since we were put in charge of the blog. All fundamental blog posts will be getting a refreshed look and feel. I couldn't be more excited to take on the task of making the blog more evergreen for future readers to enjoy.

We will also be updating the blog with new content as the month rolls out. Unfortunately, I couldn't gather everyone to do a blog post the way I did last year. Alas, my fellow locals do not have the same spirit for Blogust as I do. Nevertheless, we press on!
