The Story of Storyteller Planet

On the second star at the edge of Earth’s solar system lies the dwarf, Storyteller Planet. Led by The Ten Great Masters and tended to by the amorphous Wigglers, the planet's core is fueled by the Ancient Flame of Storytelling. The voice of the Flame, Master Jessi, often refers to their apprentices, The Myth Makers, for guidance on keeping the ancient flame alive. Their answer: Find more storytellers.

Master Jessi, often referred to as The Master of Masters or “Master” for short, turned to their kin for help. They asked the youngest Master, Crystal, to make a portal to connect Storyteller Planet with their homeland, Earth, with the hopes of finding other immortals to aid them on their journey. 

  

They spent centuries learning about Earth's stories and the customs that have changed, and sometimes been lost, over time. Master was fascinated with the Earthlings and often attended their festivals for one reason or another (mostly Prehp and Prahsess dragging them through the portal to attend the events the Masters were invited to.

After the inaugural Beltane Ball, the Masters shifted their focus to the next generation, who grew up to be masters in their own way as The Social Squad. With little restraint, their leader, Tidbit, has managed to befriend both new immortals and mortals alike over the last few years. But with great adventure comes great discovery, sometimes at an unexpected cost. "

"Unlike immortals, Earthlings tend to come with a darkness about their work and themselves. This darkness has accumulated over time, causing the Anti-Masters to emerge from the Ancient Flame. The Myth Makers have since created The Mythical Manuscript Guild (The MMG) to recruit the storytellers willing to master their skills and rise against The Anti-Masters with the power of the Flame."
